NEW HAVEN — The Oak Street and Legion Avenue reunion groups are joining together to throw a bash to benefit the New Haven Register Fresh Air fund.
Both groups in the past have donated thousands of dollars to the fund, which pays the cost of inner-city kids to attend a week of summer camp. The groups are holding a dinner at Anthony’s Ocean View restaurant on Lighthouse Road Sunday. Tickets are $45 and must be purchased in advance by calling Lou Guarino at 795-3401, or e-mail louisguarino@optonline.net.
