NEW HAVEN — Hill Health Center has appointed a 10-year veteran of the center as its new director of pediatrics.Dr. Meredith H. Williams will succeed Dr. Robert Windom, who held the position for more than 15 years. Williams, a graduate of Brown University Medical School, did her residency in pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where she also was a postdoctoral clinic fellow in neonatology.
Center pediatricians see more than 5,000 children a year from clinics in New Haven, West Haven and Ansonia. The center also provides pediatric services in five school-based health centers. HHC pediatricians serve as medical advisors to the cities of New Haven and West Haven.
