Farm-to-Table Cooking Series in Greater New Haven

Chef Suzanne Beck will present nights of cooking instruction at 7 p.m. on  Monday May 16, July 11 and Sept. 12, according to a release.
 
"Learn new recipes with seasonal produce from Massaro Farm, then enjoy the fruit of your labors with each other when the meal is ready to eat," the release notes.
 
Space is limited; RSVP to JCC Program Director Mara Balk at marab@jccnh.org or (203) 387-2522 x300.
 
Cost is $18 for JCC members or $21 for the community, the release said.
 
Register for the full series for $50 for JCC Members or $60 for the community.
 
Classes will be held at the JCC of Greater New Haven, 360 Amity Road, Woodbridge.
 
 "Beck, a 10 year cook at Bloodroot vegetarian restaurant, is passionate about cooking and sharing just how fun it is to prepare delicious, healthy meals. She has cooked for individuals and families, catered events, and has participated in farmers markets, community events, and the annual Compassion Festival. Suzanne looks forward to sharing the joy of cooking with you," release said.
