St. Vincent’s offers support group


BRIDGEPORT — A free family support group for adult patients, family members and friends of those coping with a diagnosis of leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma or Hodgkin’s Disease is offered at St. Vincent’s Medical Center the first Tuesday of every month from 4-5:30 p.m.
The group meets in the Elizabeth M. Pfriem SWIM Center for Cancer Care, Level 3, Medical Oncology Conference Room, adjacent to the medical center, 2800 Main St.
The group is co-sponsored by St. Vincent’s SWIM Across the Sound and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
The group facilitators are social worker Eileen Bohan and Teresa Money McLaughlin, director of Integrative Oncology. No reservation is required and parking is free with validated ticket.
