Fracking: Learn about it at the New Haven Public Library

NEW HAVEN - The Yale Science Diplomats will launch their second annual series of "Science in the News" from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 29  at New Haven Public Library, 133 Elm St.
 "This series is designed for adults and students who would like to learn more about science issues that appear in the headlines," a library release said.
“Fracking: Energy Angel or Environmental Demon?” is the topic on Jan. 29, and Yale graduate students and post-doctoral fellows will present a discussion of hydrofracking and the environment, the release said.

There event if free.
 Science in the News at Yale is a community outreach project of Yale Science Diplomats, the release said.
