All aboard...or saddle up, that's what New Haven did
Trolley Talk June 11 at New Haven Public Library
Mike Schreiber of The Shore Line Trolley Museum will present “A Brief History of New Haven Transportation: from the Horsecar To the Electric Railway,” from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. June 11 at the New Haven Public Library, 133 Elm St. The public is invited to examine scale models of historic regional trolleys, and to learn about a form of transportation from days gone by, organizers said. The program is free and suitable for all ages, and free parking is available. For details call, 946-8835.
