"He got along with everybody”

2 Elm City shooting victims die


“He wasn’t a violent person. He wasn’t a gangbanger,” said Margaret Conner, the mother of one victim, speaking outside their Poplar Street house Tuesday. “He was quiet, friendly, had a good heart.
