A 5K Run/Walk for Congo will be held beginning with check-in at 9 a.m. April 23 at Brooksvale Park, 524 Brooksvale Ave., Hamden.

The walk begins at 10 a.m. Registration is $30.

Water will be provided. Pets, children and strollers are welcome.
