Learn about writing from Sandi Kahn Shelton at the NHFPL

NEW HAVEN - New Haven Register reporter Sandi Kahn Shelton, who also is a novelist and writing coach, will offer her popular writing workshop from 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 20 at the New Haven Public Library, 133 Elm St.
The workshop, dubbed, “Dare To Write It!” is "designed for the writer who is just getting started, or who has hit a block," according to a release from the library.. 
"Shelton’s long career in writing (read about her at sandishelton.com) provides her with a full tool chest for demolishing writer’s block and constructing a successful writing project, whether it is a memoir, novel or short story," the release.
A $5 fee will be collected at the door, and participants should bring writing materials, the release said.
