Fish and parrots? Noisy New Haven pet store

I stopped in a New Haven pet store over the weekend and loved meeting some baby parrots and checking out the adorable fish. (can fish be adorable?)
I am wondering, however, how the fish can stand the racket the birds make. Here's an example:
