Greater New Haven Peace Council to sponsor film screening

NEW HAVEN - The Greater New Haven Peace Council will sponsor a screening of “Budrus: Ending the Israeli/Palestinian Conflict” at 6 p.m. June 13 the New Haven Library, 133 Elm St.


The film depicts Palestinian villagers led by women and a mayor, along with Israeli civilians, engaging in creative nonviolence and working for peace, event organizers said.
