The Fifth Annual Taste of P.L.A.C.E., a benefit for Greater New Haven Multicultural Children’s Museum and Creative Arts Center in Hamden, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 12 at Reclamation Lumber, 424 Grand Ave. in New Haven.
International dishes prepared by area featured restaurants. On-stage demonstrations by notable area chefs.
Sneak preview of the new P.L.A.C.E. video, kids cook “The Art of Cultural Cooking.”
Local artists’ gallery showcase. “Tour Reclamation Lumber with craftsman Rob Fecke.”

Tickets are $50 in advance, $55 at the door. Prices includes food, wine and beer.
