OLD LYME — A free program on what to do in boating medical emergencies will be presented at 1:30 p.m. March 13 at the Lymes’ Senior Center. It will be led by Joel Demers, founder of Valley Shore Emergency Medical Services, and Tom Brown, EMT and master pilot boat captain.
