New Haven Public Library to hold 'Cigar Box Purse Workshop'

NEW HAVEN - The New Haven Public Library is going crafty.

In a  "holiday festivities" event the library will act as host for Vanessa Fasanella, who will offer a Cigar Box Purse Workshop "for crafters to create a unique gift or holiday accessory," according to a statement.

The event is from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at the New Haven Public Library, 133 Elm St. 

Participants may use materials provided, or bring their own special materials to work into the project, the statement said. 

There is limited space for this workshop, and a $5 fee.
