The New Haven-Hue, Vietnam, City Committee of New Haven Sister Cities plans a 16-day tour to Hue and is inviting members of the New Haven community to join.The tour, April 26-May 12, costs $3,150, including international and in-country air, hotels, most meals, an overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay, and entry to many of the major sites in Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City, with the final three days spent visiting Angkor Wat, Cambodia. The tour will be limited to about 12 people.
The group will spend more than two days in Hue, considered the cultural capital of Vietnam, during the traditional craft and culinary festival, joined by city representatives.
