Spa cut-a-thon in New Haven will benefit the homeless

NEW HAVEN — Len Yanavich and his creative team at Rimage Salon & Spa are among the many area beauty artisans who have been known to pick up their scissors and the like for a good cause.
On Sunday, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Rimage, 1210 Chapel St., they’ll do a cut-a-thon to benefit Liberty Community Services and its Sunday brunch program for the homeless.
Regularly priced at $55, cuts will go for $25. The day will also include chair massages, manicures, music, food and drink. For more information, call 203-562-4247 or go to www.rimagesalon.com. For more about Liberty Community Services, go to www.libertycs.org.
Yanavich asks that if you can’t attend, please consider making a donation.
