Controversy produces new QU news site

HAMDEN — Students at Quinnipiac University will have a new source for campus news this year, as a result of controversies last year over the official student newspaper, the Quinnipiac Chronicle.

Former Chronicle Editor-in-Chief Jason Braff, a senior, and a number of the paper’s editors are hoping to launch the Quad News, which will be published only online, on Tuesday. The site will be up at www.quadnews.net.
