New Haven helps out

At left, City Point Historic District Neighborhood Association, with the Urban Resources Initiative Community Greenspace program, plant Eastern white pines. The plantings are an effort to mitigate the damage done when the state DOT cut a swathe of trees to make way for bridge work.
