HARTFORD — Homeowners who need information or help with loan modifications, foreclosure prevention, state and federal assistance programs and other mortgage-related issues may meet with lenders from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Blvd.
Admission and parking for the event are free. Parking will be available at the Convention Center garage.
Representatives will be available from Bank of America, Citibank, GMAC Mortgage LLC, HSBC National Bank USA, JPMorgan Chase & Co., First Niagara Bank, McCue Mortgage, Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, People’s United Bank, Webster Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
The names of any lenders who join the list will be available at www.ct.gov/dob/homeowner.
The event is sponsored by Gov. Dannel Malloy, Attorney General George Jepsen and the state Department of Banking. For more information, call the banking department at 860-240-8170 or 1-877-472-8313.
