A program to help wartime veteran or the spouses of the veterans to learn what benefits are available, who qualifies and how to apply will be held at 3 p.m. Nov. 9 at Maplewood at Orange, 245 Indian River Road.
If you are a wartime Veteran or the spouse of a veteran -- and are in need of assisted living, you might be entitled to a monthly income from the Department of Veterans Affairs, with the benefit amount determined by the department, organizers said in a statement.
The program will be presented by John Schlobohm, licensed agent of Veterans Financial, Inc., organizers said.
Refreshments will be served.
