Did you know the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection issues a regular fishing report?In part it talks about the types and quantities of fish the agency releases in state waterways. They add up into the thousands.
The report also gives tips on where anglers are having success lately - Highland Lake, in Winsted for instance.
I find it fascinating.
